Schedule your pickup in our mobile app or web app. Here, you will also see which items we collect in your neighbourhood.
2. Prepare the package(s)
Pack each category separately. Use bags up to 60 litres for textiles and sturdy boxes for books, electronics and toys.
Ensure each box is fully filled to prevent shifting and weighs no more than 10 kg.
Make sure boxes are no larger than the size limit of 30 x 30 x 30 cm.
Label the package(s) with pen and paper; mention 'Byewaste' and the category, attach the label clearly visible on the package(s) and seal them well for safe transport.
